How to Manage Your Coffee Subscription

Thank you for being so interested in subscribing to Dark Woods Coffee. To help you stay in control of your subscription, we use the Appstle Subscription App, which makes it easy to adjust your preferences anytime.

Make your first purchase via our 'Core Coffees' and select the 'Subscribe Option' in the purchase section. Please select your 'Delivery Frequency', add to Cart, checkout and off we go, Dark Woods subscription activated!


Managing Your Subscription

You can manage your subscription directly from the Dark Woods Coffee website. Here's how:


Log In to Your Account

    • Visit darkwoodscoffee.co.uk.
    • Click on Register / Login at the top of the page.
    • Enter your email and password used during checkout.


Access Your Subscription

    • Once logged in, go to Customer Support or your Account Dashboard.
    • Look for the Manage Subscriptions section powered by Appstle.


Make Changes

    • Pause or Cancel: Temporarily stop or fully cancel your subscription.
    • Change Frequency: Adjust how often your coffee is delivered.
    • Update Products: Swap blends or add seasonal coffees to your order.
    • Skip a Delivery: If you're away or have enough coffee, skip a shipment.
    • Update Payment or Address: Ensure your details are current for smooth delivery.
