About Ethiopia Ardent - Sidama Pinnacle Dembi (Sun-Dried Natural)
Ardent Coffee, established and run by Ashenafi Argaw, supply us with superb micro-lot coffees from the renowned Yirgacheffe and Sidama regions. We also sponsor the Ardent Children's Centre program every year.
This exceptional “Pinnacle” nano-lot coffee from Ashenafi Argaw, and his Ardent Coffee operation, was sourced in and around Dembi village in Bensa, Sidama. The clean, ripe and sugar-rich cherries undergo a classic fermentation, carefully sun-dried on raised beds within 18 days.
