Open Days are back for 2023! Running monthly on the third Saturday of the month, from April through to September. We have a very similar format to last year, however no bookings are required this time around. We have the following dates announced, please read the lovely FAQs below, it will help us immensely before visiting our wonderful space.

The mill space opens from 9.30am - 3pm (last orders 2.30pm) featuring limited indoor tables, a retail pop-up shop (for bags of freshly roasted coffee) and an outdoor take-away hatch. 'Brew bar' serving our new filter releases.

Reservations – No booking is required, please just turn up at your convenience and we will seat you as soon as a table is free.

Getting here – We're situated bedside the River Colne and Huddersfield Narrow Canal in West Slawit, a pleasant half hour walk from Slaithwaite and Marsden villages. We encourage walkers, cyclists and those using public transport. Cycle racks are available outside the front of the roastery (but please bring a lock)

Parking – Our main car park is situated at the REAR of the Holme Mills with plenty of space. Please drive very slow on site. Please avoid parking on West Slaithwaite Road itself, to help keep the road clear and safe. This includes the housing behind the mill.

Dogs – As much as we love our four-legged friends, unfortunately we cannot have dogs inside the roastery/indoor pop-up areas; but they're very welcome in the outdoor spaces.

Food offering – For each event, we'll endeavour to have a selection of vegan / gluten free / non-dairy options available, but some cakes and pastries might be subject to availability. Any dietary concerns at all, please do speak to a member of our team on the day.

Environment – We have several local residents and neighbours, and local wildlife, so please respect their privacy and help us to keep the area clean and tidy - thank you. 

Accessibility – We have fully accessible toilet, available inside for customers. Plus, baby changing facilities.

Extra curricula - The Zapato Brewery tap room and beer garden next is also open from 12 Noon each Saturday, and often has a pop-up street food truck (please see their information for times and details)
