Delivery

Free tracked delivery on orders over £30, applies to UK mainland only. Our chosen couriers are Royal Mail (tracked 24 and 48) & DPD.

Delivery charges vary and will be shown at the checkout. Orders are usually dispatched within 3 working days – orders placed after 9.30am are usually processed the following day. Please allow up to 5 working days for delivery. Please note that our working days are Monday – Friday (9am – 5pm)

Delivery will be to the address specified in your order. If no one is available at a residential or other address at the time of delivery, you will have the options to update your delivery options via the chosen courier.

All risk in the products you order (including risk of loss and/or damage to the products) shall pass to you when they are delivered to the delivery address specified in your order.

We shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver products if the delay or failure is wholly or partly caused by circumstances beyond our control.

In the UK, delivery charge refunds can only be made in accordance with your legal rights under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 and other applicable legislation. Similar rights may apply for some international deliveries. For further information about your legal rights contact your local authority Trading Standards department or consumer advice centre (for example the Citizens Advice Bureau for UK customers).

Unfortunately at the moment we only ship within the UK - apologies for any inconvenience this may cause.

Returns

We want you to be entirely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you need to return your item(s) please do so within 7 days of receipt in the original packaging, if available, along with the original dispatch advice and reason for return, indicating whether you require a refund or replacement. Upon receipt we will arrange a replacement or refund of the goods value as required. Please note items must be returned in original condition. If the product is damaged in any way or has been broken in transit, please contact us on info@darkwoodscoffee.co.uk. Nothing in this Returns Policy affects your statutory rights or your rights under any contract you may have with us.

Delays

Occasionally, the supply of your product(s) or service(s) may be delayed or prevented for reasons beyond our control, for example, material shortages, import delays or higher than anticipated demand. Where this is the case, we will, of course, make every effort to keep you informed but shall be under no liability to you for such delay or failure.
